In addition, there are seven rooms dedicated to conference and events spaces which can host between 20 and 120 covers.
Leisure facilities include a spa which was recently refurbished in 2019.

Josh Sullivan, from the Colliers' Hotel team said: "Previously the Best Western Ipswich Hotel successfully served a mix of mid-week corporate trade, alongside weekend leisure guests, utilising the spa and event spaces
"During this sales process the owner intends to reopen the hotel on a limited service basis due to the demand for rooms in and around Ipswich.
"The site already has planning consent in place for nine new residential houses, and it's felt that further development could be achieved, subject to relevant consents. As such we expect to receive strong levels of interest for this opportunity."
