Ipswich Regent Theatre's pantomime for 2024 has been revealed.
Following on from the success of Sleeping Beauty in 2023, there are plans to reach new heights with Jack and the Beanstalk.
Enchanted Entertainment will be the team behind the family-friendly production once more, having produced Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan and Aladdin.
Tickets for the Christmas production will go on general sale at 12pm on Friday, March 8, with people advised to book early.
Councillor Bryony Rudkin, Ipswich Borough Council portfolio holder for strategy, culture and customers, said: “Following a record-breaking panto season for Sleeping Beauty last year – our most successful since 2008 – we’re thrilled to announce Jack and the Beanstalk as another family-friendly production from Enchanted Entertainment.
"Each Christmas our pantos bring a truly magical experience for all ages, and we’re proud to be offering both British Sign Language (BSL) interpreted and relaxed performances to make our shows more inclusive.
We can’t wait to welcome audiences from Ipswich and beyond to Ipswich Regent Theatre this panto season.”
A total of 24 performances will take place between Tuesday, December 17 and Tuesday, December 31, including a British Sign Language interpreted performance on Friday, December 27.
A limited number of tickets will be available from £15.
People will also be able to use the code EARLYBIRD for £5 off until Sunday, March 31.
