A man has been ordered to pay compensation after he stole items including a vibrator and lubricants from two Ipswich high street shops.
Lewis Brown, of Old Ipswich Road in Dedham, was accused of the theft of a vibrator and lubricants worth £145.99 from Ann Summers in Ipswich on March 20 last year.
The 32-year-old was also accused of stealing female cosmetic products worth £95.95 from Boots, also in Ipswich town centre.
On Tuesday, February 27, he appeared at Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich where he was sentenced.
A court spokesperson said he was ordered to pay compensation of £95.95 to Boots the Chemist Ltd.
They said a guilty plea had been taken into consideration in the sentence.
