An empty unit in a retail park has gone up for rent, a month after the previous shop closed.
Unit 3 at the Rosehill Centre in Ipswich, along Felixstowe Road, has been put up for rent by Fenn Wright.
The unit was listed exactly a month after the Co-op, which previously traded from the site, ceased operation.
The property has planning permission for class E (retail), with alternative uses within class E considered.
The site comprises of other shops including: Aldi, British Heart Foundation, Bargain Buys and Greggs.
Ipswich Borough councillor for the ward, Ruman Muhith said previously after the Co-op had shut, that he hoped that "employee redeployment" would be part of the "positive transition" of whoever takes over the unit.
He added: "I personally would like to see the presence of retailers that can draw in a substantial customer base, retailers that would significantly bolster the local economy."
