One of Suffolk's branches of The Body Shop is set to close as further stores around the UK suffer during the administration process.
The Body Shop on Tavern Street, in Ipswich, will close its doors for the last time within the next four weeks.
As part of the UK-wide closures, 489 jobs will be lost.
The beauty chain hired administrators FRP on February 13 and announced the first wave of closures last week - which the Suffolk stores escaped.
FRP, the administrators of The Body Shop, said: "The Body Shop has faced an extended period of financial challenges under past owners, coinciding with a difficult trading environment for the wider retail sector.
"Having taken swift action in the last month, including closing down The Body Shop At Home and selling its business across most of Europe and in parts of Asia, focusing on the UK business is the next important step in The Body Shop’s restructuring."
The Bury St Edmunds branch has escaped the latest wave of closures and will remain open.
