A former pub in Ipswich town centre remains on the market more than five months since it closed its doors.
Yates, in Tower Street, shut on September 2 last year, having been open since 1997.
Estate agent Everard Cole put the pub on the market in December, with offers to let in the region of £65,000.

It is currently still on the market and freehold offers will also be considered.
The building is set across three floors, with an open plan bar area located on the ground floor.
A kitchen is also situated on the ground floor.
The first floor has space for 85 covers.
The Yates brand of pubs is owned by Stonegate, which also manages a number of other venues in Suffolk.
When Yates in Ipswich closed, a spokesman for the firm said: "Yates will be closing on 2nd September as our lease has expired and will be returned to the landlord.
"We thank our customers for all their support over the years and encourage them to visit our sister pub in the area, The Plough."
