A further eight flats have been applied for in an Ipswich town centre building, which would bring the total number of flats to 43.
Ipswich Borough Council has received plans for converting part of the ground floor at Giles Place in 31 Princes Street in Ipswich, into eight flats.
These eight flats would add to the 35 apartments that are already set to be built there.
Back in December, the council refused plans for 12 additional flats in the building, and plans were submitted for four more flats.
Previous plans were refused due to a concern over the lack of natural light, and it would "negatively impact the quality of light".
Along with the outline of the plans, details have been submitted including proposed and existing floor plans, a refuse and cycle storage plan and a detailed daylight assessment.
Previous proposals have been considered acceptable in terms of transport and highway impact.
These plans will be discussed by Ipswich Borough Council planning committee in due course.
