A pub in Ipswich has closed its doors once again, making it the third closure since July.
The Suffolk Punch pub in Norwich Road reopened back in November.
The pub has been through a turbulent time in the last year, with a new landlady taking over early last year.
It then closed for a while before tenant Ryan O'Shea reopened the pub in July, but it was only open for a few weeks before the new manager left.
It was closed while Mr O'Shea appointed a new manager.
Mr O'Shea was then served with a no-fault notice on his tenancy of the pub and it closed again in October.
The pub reopened in early November last year under the operation of pub company Stonegate, who run other pubs in Ipswich including Mannings and the Plough.
Now, the pub has closed again and the pub being listed on Stonegate's website.
The pub has a guide rent per week of £153, and has a forecasted turnover per year of £240,368.
A spokesperson from Stonegate, said: "The Suffolk Punch pub in Ipswich is currently closed.
"The local, community establishment is currently recruiting for a new publican.
"If you are interested in running the sought-after pub, please visit the Pub Partners website to enquire."
