An empty Ipswich pub is set to become a Turkish restaurant, it can be revealed.
The Punch & Judy pub in Cardinal Park has been shut for a number of years.
However, it has been confirmed that the empty premises will reopen its doors as a Turkish restaurant.
Kervan Kitchen is set to open its first branch in Suffolk, with the chain already operating a number of restaurants in Essex.
A spokesman for Cardinal Park said that the landlord and leasing team at Curson Sowerby Partners have been working closely on a new strategy for the scheme.
"As the leasing agent on the scheme, we have worked closely with the landlord here to create a new strategy for the scheme to move it away from the historic wet led operators and to offer a more family setting," they said.
"This new tenant will offer a great attraction to families in Ipswich.
"The final piece in the trilogy of lettings has been the combination of the former Spirit Pub and Chinese Restaurant that will be combined to create a Turkish restaurant and grill under the brand of Kervan Kitchen.
"They have several other sites across Essex and we look forward to welcoming them to the park."
It is the latest venue earmarked for Cardinal Park, transforming the site in a little over four months.
Inflata Nation is set to open inside the former Unit 17 nightclub on Saturday, while Five Guys will be unveiled in February.
