A new mural has gone up in an Ipswich shopping centre to showcase the best landmarks and icons from around the town.
Buttermarket shopping centre has unveiled its new mural which pays homage to the spirit of the town, capturing Ipswich's most iconic landmarks, cultural institutions, and loved treasures.
At the centre of the mural Ipswich Town heavily feature, representing the town's sporting legacy, with Jimmy's Farm, the Wolsey and Regent Theatres and local food scenes also featured.
Rebecca Bird, centre manager at Buttermarket, said: "This mural is a celebration of Ipswich's identity and the things that make our town truly special.
"We wanted to create a piece of art that not only enhances the visual appeal of our space but also resonates with the people of Ipswich.
"It's a tribute to the unique blend of history, culture, and community that defines our town."
Buttermarket has invited the public to take a selfie in front of the new artwork, and be in with a chance of winning a box of 12 glazed doughnuts, courtesy of Krispy Kreme.
