A vet clinic that provides care “from nose to tail” has opened just outside Ipswich.
Emily Nightingale, a veterinarian with more than 15 years of experience, has made her dream come true and launched Nightingale Vets.
The clinic is located in Ashbocking and offers a wide range of services, from home visits, latest diagnostic equipment, such as dental X-ray, a fully equipped operating theatre, and blood testing facilities.
Dr Nightingale said she is delighted to be making a difference to pets and their owners.

She added: “We’ve spent the last two years lovingly creating our practice, centred around caring for pets and their people.
“I am so proud of what we’ve created here, the amazing team we have, and the level of care we provide.
“Our care is from nose to tail and every step of the way, and to us there is no greater privilege.”
The owner of the clinic said that her aim was to create a practice with a “soothing atmosphere”, to help animals and their owners feel relaxed and looked after.
Dr Nightingale added: “Our superpower is supporting the human-animal bond, providing care to our patients and their people, because by being there for our owners, together we can all improve the lives of animals in our care.”
The surgery has only been open for three weeks, yet it has already registered over 150 new patients who will benefit from the knowledge and expertise of the small yet stellar team.
As well as Dr Nightingale, who heads up the team, Nightingale Vets comprises experienced and fully qualified veterinary nurses Becks Rudd RVN, owner of Rune, the beautiful fox red Labrador and Bear the happy-go-lucky spaniel, and Anna Walsh RVN, who has her own menagerie of rabbits and guinea pigs, and Bella the fabulous Labrador, who turns one this week.
The reception is smoothly operating thanks to Emily Davis, dog-mum to Luna, the impossibly cute cockapoo.
The practice is holding an opening event on Sunday, December 17, between 11am and 1pm.
The guests will be shown around the practice and will learn more about the services at the clinic.
