There were delays on the A14 just outside of Ipswich after multiple incidents on the carriageway.
At 3.30pm on Thursday police were called to reports of a broken down lorry near to the Orwell Bridge blocking the inside line.
A spokeswoman for the police said the lorry had now been moved to a layby near Wherstead.
Earlier today the slip onto the A14 eastbound at Copdock Interchange was partially blocked by another broken down lorry.
Shortly after at 3.45pm, police were called to reports of a pedestrian walking along the carriageway of the Orwell Bridge.
The person was found by police just before 4pm.
Traffic and delays along the A14 outside Ipswich have cleared.
