It is currently let as a whole on a 10-year lease from September 2022 and is subject to three yearly rent reviews.

The first floor has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room and a living room.

The second and top floor has the third bedroom.
Auction House East Anglia has listed the property at a guide price of £220,000 to £240,000.
The auction will be held at 11am on Wednesday, December 13.
