A child has been taken to hospital following a crash in Ipswich this morning.
Suffolk police was called to an incident where a child had been hit by a car on the Woodbridge Road/Brunswick Road roundabout in Ipswich at about 8.55am on Tuesday.

A spokesman for Suffolk police confirmed that the child was taken to hospital by ambulance following the crash.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said: "We were called just after 8.45am to reports that a boy had been hit by a car on Woodbridge Road in Ipswich.
"An ambulance was sent to the scene and conveyed the boy to Ipswich Hospital for further assessment and treatment."
The injuries sustained by the child are not yet known.
