A long-standing dress shop near the town centre is now up for let for over £18,000 per year following the previous tenant's closure.
Beautiful Designs, located at 1 Norwich Road, Ipswich, closed a few months ago and has now been made available for other companies interested in the space.
Fenn Wright, the lettings agent, first inspected the space in late June, but the property has only recently been listed on their website.
The space is available for rent at £18,250 per annum, and has planning permission to reopen for a variety of uses including sports and recreation, medical and health services, offices, research and development and retail.
Beautiful Designs was founded in 2005 and was in operation until this year.
