A new home could soon be available in Ransome Crescent in the Priory Heath area of Ipswich.
Plans have been submitted to Ipswich Borough Council which suggest converting the residential garden at 44 Ransome Crescent into a new home.
If the proposal is accepted, a two-storey home would be built, complete with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The ground floor would have a combined kitchen and living space and a downstairs bathroom.
The home currently has two car parking spaces. If accepted, an additional space would be created bringing this total to three.
Ipswich Borough Council sets an automatic eight-week target for a decision on all applications. This application has been given a target date of December 29.
