An 'exceptional' steel-hulled Dutch houseboat in a historic Suffolk coastal town is on the market for under £100,000.
The vessel, which is moored at The Ferry in Felixstowe, appears to have been well-maintained and measures 33 feet in length, the beam is 12 feet, and the draft is 3 feet.
The galley is fitted with units and a sink and includes an integrated fridge, gas cooker, and navigational aids.

There is fitted bench seating on either side of the saloon with a central drop leaf table and a roof light.
Two people can sleep in the berth and there is also a bathroom on board. Services such as water and electricity will be connected and metered.
Diamond Mills has listed the houseboat at £95,000 with a £2,000 per year rent for the berth.
