Ipswich town centre is getting ready for the festive season as decorations go up along the high street.
Christmas decorations have gone up in Ipswich's Tavern Street and elsewhere in the town centre in preparation for Christmas.
Lights were seen going up during Wednesday evening.
The decorations mark the start of the town's Christmas plans, with a winter weekender set to happen between December 7-11, and the highly anticipated Christmas tree light switch-on happening on Thursday, November 23.
