Emergency services are at the scene of a crash in Ipswich this afternoon.
Suffolk Police were called at around 2pm today (October 15) to reports of a crash on Portman Road, near Barrack Corner.

Ambulance crews, including an air ambulance, remain at the scene of the serious crash.
Suffolk Police have closed several roads in the area, from the London Road junction on Benezet Street and the Burlington Road junction on Crescent Road.
Any witnesses to the crash are asked to contact the Roads and Armed Policing Team quoting reference CAD 156 of 15 October.
