A plea hearing for a man and a woman accused of murdering a two-year-old girl in Ipswich has been adjourned for a month.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Monday for a plea and trial preparation hearing were Scott Jeff, 22 and Chelsea Gleason-Mitchell, 22, both of no fixed address and formerly of Bedfordshire.
They are charged with the murder of Isabella Wheildon, whose body was discovered at a temporary housing unit in Sidegate Lane, Ipswich on June 30.
The couple, who are both in custody, were due to enter pleas to the murder charge on Monday but Judge Martyn Levett agreed to adjourn the plea hearing until November 20.
