Proposals for a new warehouse to be built off the A14 near Ipswich have been given the green light by planners.
Quod, on behalf of Orwell Truck Stop Ltd, submitted the scheme for the project at the Orwell Crossing truck stop to East Suffolk Council.
The site is on the outskirts of the town, close to the Ransomes industrial estate.
The planning documents said: "The application presents an opportunity to make efficient use of the land as envisioned by local planning policy, providing high quality modern employment industrial and warehousing units, which in turn will create a significant number of employment opportunities.
"The proposed employment development will result in a number of economic and social benefits as well as supporting the aims of the planning and economic policy at local and national level."
The applicants said as many as 355 full-time equivalent jobs could be created as part of the scheme.
Community leaders in nearby Brightwell and Foxhall raised some concerns over the roads that would be constructed as part of the project.
However, East Suffolk has now given the application the go-ahead.
