A convicted drug dealer and an arsonist who absconded while on temporary release have been found.
30-year-old Shadrach O'Connor was serving a prison sentence of five years and three months.
He was wanted on recall to prison after breaching the terms of his license and was arrested in Ipswich on Saturday, September 30.
In April 2022, he pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine from December 2018 to March 2020 and being concerned in he supply of heroin from December 2018 to March 2020.
Leslie Smith, 52, went missing whilst on temporary release from Hollesley Bay just before 5pm on Wednesday, September 6.
Suffolk police has now confirmed he was arrested on Monday, September 11, in London.
Smith was previously serving an Indeterminate Sentence for Public Protection (ISPP) for arson.
