An inn and public house near Ipswich is on the market.
The Sorrel Horse Inn and Public House in Norwich Road in Barham has been listed in excess of £1,475,000 by Christie & Co.
The Grade II three-floor building has been modernised over the years but still has character and many of its original features.
On the ground floor, the pub entrance opens up to a traditional bar and restaurant area, which can seat 60 people.
Owners' accommodation and additional rooms for storage are located across the first and second floors.

Next to the pub is the Sorrel Horse Inn with eight bedrooms in total across the two-storey building.
Both the pub and inn sit on just under an acre of land, with garden space that can be used to host weddings or other events.
The Sorrel Horse has been family-run for 36 years, with the current owners developing the garden space following the closure of the business due to the pandemic.
They are now selling to focus on their other non-licensed business ventures.
