An emergency road closure has been put in place in a major Ipswich road.
Suffolk Highways announced the emergency closure for Woodbridge Road on social media.
An emergency road closure has been installed along Woodbridge Road, #Ipswich to allow @networkrail to undertake urgent structural repairs. The road will be closed until 6am on Monday while Network Rail carry out urgent structural repairs.
A diversion route is in place while the road is closed.
After the road closure is lifted temporary traffic lights will be put in place until the repairs are complete.
