The A12 and A14 roads near Ipswich have been partially blocked by a stalled car.
The AA live traffic map showed traffic is queuing on the A12 northbound and the A14 at the Copdock Interchange on Thursday afternoon.
Traffic is still moving slowly through the area.
Suffolk police has been contacted for comment.
