A lifelong Ipswich Town fan is joining seven others to cycle over 350 miles, visiting football grounds around the country to raise funds for a Town legend.
Starting at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland, Jason Wills will cycle from the north down through the country to arrive at Portman Road for the Ipswich Town v Preston game on October 7, in just four days.
He is doing this for the Darby Rimmer Foundation, and to support Town legend Marcus Stewart who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in September last year.
Jason said: "I remember when I heard Marcus was diagnosed with MND, it reminded me when my daughter Maddie was diagnosed with the life-changing condition, type 1 diabetes.
"I was determined to support her and I wanted to do something for Marcus too."
The 570km (354 miles) journey will see them visit the homes of Marcus's former clubs, Sunderland, Huddersfield and Ipswich.

Marcus's uncle, Peter Tubb has organised the cycle. He said: "It hit the family really hard.
"We talked about what we could do to help, and we turned to the idea of cycling."
Former Town player Marcus said: "I've been overwhelmed by the support that everyone has given me since the news of my diagnosis.
"I'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone that has already contributed.
"Specifically to Jason, Peter and their fellow riders.
"I'd like to say it's an amazing thing you are doing and I'm very proud of your efforts.
"I will be keeping an eye on your progress along the way and make it safely to Portman Road to see Ipswich secure the three points v Preston, in what I hope will be a promotion-winning season."
The current fundraising total for #TeamStewart254 sits at £312,000.
