The owner of a new clothing and homeware has praised the community after receiving a "fantastic" welcome.
Karen Stewart, who lives in Ipswich, opened Puzzle Boutique in St Peter's Street at the end of August.
The business specialises in Scandinavian clothing and homeware, and initially opened in Felixstowe around three years ago.
"The community is fantastic - everyone has been really welcoming, so it is nice to be part of St Peter's Street," said Karen.
"I always wanted to be in Ipswich because I live in Ipswich and St Peter's Street I think is the street to be in.
"The people in the other shops, the other cafés and restaurants are the ones that have come in and greeted me and introduced themselves, which I think is fabulous."
Karen and her husband Thomas moved back to the UK in 2020 in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic.
She opened her first shop at the popular Beach Street village, before operations were halted days later due to the third lockdown.
In her latest venture, Karen is joined by Beau Plants, which sells indoor plants, and home essentials brand Sainte Designs.
"I love Europe as it is so beautiful, but by far my favourite is Scandinavia," Karen added.
"Not only because I found my Norwegian husband Thomas, but I also fell in love with the clean fresh feeling of open living spaces, and a natural approach to the world around us.
"Thomas and I wanted to bring that Scandi vibe to Suffolk and we have now opened the perfect shop."
Puzzle Boutique is open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4pm and 5pm on Saturdays
