Ed Sheeran, Fred Again, Andy Bell and Sam Ryder are only a few ‘big name’ clients of a young Ipswich entrepreneur.
Ricardo Markin opened Greyhound Creative during lockdown and has already worked for a host of music's biggest names, offering them a range of creative services, such as video production photography, graphic design and website development.
The 24-year-old Ipswich businessman who named his company after his beloved dog John said: "What I started as a 20-year-old during the pandemic as a dedicated video production company, ‘Greyhound Creative’, has since expanded its team in order to provide a full roster of creative services and has led to the creation of its sister brand, ‘Greyhound Studios’.
"Most recently, we have partnered up with content creation house ‘Dream Factory’, taking care of all the in-house editing for their ever-growing list of 200+ start-ups across London.
"Our clients have also included Ed Sheeran, his clothing brand HOAX 1994, Penguin Books, Brittenpears Arts, Gov.uk, Fred Again, Andy Bell, Steve Davis, Omid Djalili, Sam Ryder, Sir Antonio Pappano, Tim Rice-Oxley, The Orielles, and most recently, we have worked with Kuku Animation Studios in California on a Netflix-funded animated film."

Ricardo, who only a few years ago had to borrow a camera to work on his first projects, now owns many pieces of professional video equipment.
He added: "The investment is also evident through our team of talented and young individuals that has allowed us to thrive, resulting in the trusted ‘can-do’ attitude our clients associate with us.
"For me, every day is a surprise; we set the bar high with our ambitions, and the team always overcomes any problems in the way of producing terrific results that our clients love — this is just one of the reasons I believe that we have been successful."
The company will soon be moving into a bigger office space, which will see the business have its own video production studio.
Ricardo, the Suffolk Business Award finalist in 2022, added: "It has been a wild three years for us, and as the owner of the business, I am beyond proud of the culture, team, brand and network we have created from nothing."
