Ipswich Borough Council has given permission for a property in Foxhall Road to become a six-person house share.

The building at 26 Foxhall Road has now been approved to become a house of multiple occupation (HMO) for up to six people.

A supporting statement submitted to the council described the home as a “terraced property of good size”.

There are six available bedrooms in the home, it continued, all of which have their own ensuite bathrooms.

It added that the building had “recently been refurbished to a high standard, and is fully occupied as a managed HMO”.

Ipswich Borough Council approved the application for the house to become an HMO on August 31.
