A new Five Guys restaurant could be open in Ipswich as early as the end of this year.
A new burger restaurant is expected to open in Cardinal Park after a number of job adverts appeared on Indeed.
A spokesman for Five Guys said the new restaurant could be open later this year or early 2024.
When the restaurant opens in Cardinal Park, it will be one of only three trading restaurants at the site after firms such as Frankie & Benny's vacated their units.

Five Guys is currently looking to hire a store manager, assistant manager and shift manager for the new restaurant.
Community leaders said the opening of a new Five Guys site was "really positive" news for Cardinal Park.
This newspaper recently asked our readers which restaurant they would like to see open in Ipswich – and one of the most common answers was Five Guys.
The restaurant, which is best known for its burgers, hot dogs, milkshakes and chips, which are fried in peanut oil, is looking to hire a new store manager, assistant manager and shift manager.
An exact location in Cardinal Park and details about the opening are not yet clear.
