A popular pub in Ipswich is set to close next month due to its lease expiring.
Yates, which is in Tower Street, has announced it will close on September 2 and will return under the control of its landlord.
The pub opened its doors in 1997 and has been a staple in the town for 26 years.
A spokesperson for Yates said: "Yates will be closing on 2nd September as our lease has expired and will be returned to the landlord.
"We thank our customers for all their support over the years and encourage them to visit our sister pub in the area, The Plough."
