Perfect weather brought out the crowds way down to the Framlingham Country Show over the weekend.

But the real wonder was that the entertainment was so wide and varied.

From dogs rounding up ducks to birds of prey swooping over the audience, it has all you'd expect from a country show - but it was the music that really caught my eye this year!

You know how it is at country shows like this. You buy your burger, or in my case a splendid duck wrap, and stand around eating it watching one of the tribute acts.

This year it was Bacofoil-clad Elvis Harry Isaac Presley (aka Simon Goldsmith the postie from Bealings) as he started going through some of my favourite tracks from the King's 1968 comeback era.

Then it got a little surreal. I'm not aware that Elvis ever did a cover of the theme from Wonder Woman (Lynda Carter era) - and he died four years before Only Fools and Horses premiered.

But if you'd ever wondered what he'd have sounded like singing the theme songs (both of them) or on several of our favourite TV ads - then this Elvis has the great answer!

I spoke to him briefly afterwards and told him he should audition for BGT. If he ends up with the Golden Buzzer from Simon Cowell in the next few years, you read it here first!

But I digress - that was just one part of the show. The stalls were doing great business and organisers were delighted - even the World Cup final on Sunday didn't put a dampener on it.

Paula Edmundson, part of the team behind it, said: "We have had thousands of people here and the feedback we've had has all been enthusaistic.

"We did have a screen showing the match for those who were here early today, but they soon moved on from that after the end of the match!

"This is our 15th year. It started as a spring event but we moved it because of the weather and this year we've been very lucky - thank goodness it wasn't a fortnight ago."
