There is currently severe disruption to rail services in Suffolk this morning after a tree has fallen across the main line between Ipswich and Norwich.
The fallen tree on the line between Ipswich and Manningtree is causing long delays to train users.
A spokesman for Greater Anglia has said that replacement buses will be running between Colchester and Ipswich while the issue is sorted.
Services from Liverpool Street to Ipswich and Norwich will now terminate at Colchester and services from Norwich to Liverpool Street will now terminate at Ipswich.
Services from Ipswich to Liverpool Street will start at Colchester.
Network Rail staff are on route to remove the tree, whilst the train that reported the tree will be checked by engineers.
