An American-inspired burger chain closed its Ipswich branch for good last Friday.
Byron Burger, located in Buttermarket Shopping Centre, shut down its premises on July 21.
The restaurant’s spokesperson said the reason for that is due to the drop in sales compared to last year.

The chain diner, serving posh hamburgers with a choice of toppings, sides and salads, reopened in Ipswich in late 2020 after temporarily closing during the Covid pandemic.
There is no information yet on what business will take over the space.
