The former BrightHouse store building has been taken over by a new owner.
The unit located on Carr Street in Ipswich town centre has a new occupier, which will be announced in the next few weeks.
The 3,025sqft building is suitable for both retail and café use.
The rent-to-own retail chain that offerred home electronics, domestic appliances and furniture collapsed into administration in 2020.
The store appointed administrators Grant Thornton to take over the business, just days after it closed all its stores because of the coronavirus outbreak.
