A busy footpath in a park in Ipswich is to be closed next week due to an unsafe tree.
Ipswich Borough Council has shut the boardwalk adjacent to the wilderness pond in Christchurch Park while they monitor a large horse chestnut tree.
The footpath is expected to be closed until at least next Tuesday.

"Work will commence next week to make the area safe," a sign at the scene said.
