Banking giant NatWest has announced the closure of one of its Suffolk branches.
The company is set to close its Ipswich branch on November 8.
The Ransomes Europark unit will close down after an average counter transactions reduced by 60pc between January 2019 and January 2023, NatWest has said.
It comes after more customers are moving onto online banking.
A spokesman for NatWest said: "We completely understand that online banking isn’t right for everyone.
"Sometimes you want to chat things through with someone.
"We promise that you’ll still be able to talk to one of our team either on the phone, by video or in one of our other branches."
