The qualified deep tissue massage therapist and reflexologist explained part of her reason for moving was that customers found it difficult to access her clinic up a flight of stairs, especially if they were having mobility difficulties.
Then she noticed that the unit opposite, next door to Bijou homewares, was empty and decided the opportunity to have her own space was too good to miss, while she has also changed the name of her business from Soul Therapies Ltd.
She said: "My business had grown and I had outgrown my previous room so the time had come to move on and find my own premises."
She added the Covid pandemic had led to an increase in people seeking holistic therapies that could address not just physical ailments, but also psychological.

"Since Covid, everybody has been a lot more open to having therapy, everybody has needed it.
"I think, especially holistic treatments have skyrocketed through the roof and people are going through difficult times because of Covid.
"Holistically is about mind, body and soul. It addresses those areas and I think there is a real niche for it and everybody needs it at the moment," Amiee added.
