Planning permission has been granted to build more executive boxes and offices at Ipswich Town's Portman Road stadium.
The application, approved by Ipswich Borough Council, will see four new boxes built along the west stand, the Magnus Group stand, where advertising hoardings exist.
The council has also granted a new memorial garden to be built just outside Portman Road, behind the Sir Alf Ramsey stand.
Due to the installation of a new pitch, which is taking place this summer ahead of the new Championship season starting in August, fans who have been buried or had their ashes spread will be moved to the new memorial garden.
While Ipswich Town have been granted permission, they will now need to submit soft and hard landscape plans to the local planning authority before work can be carried out.
The application grant states that the details of the plans should "include a specification of pigmentation of the concrete planters and details of any minor artefacts and structures".
