Six people have been awarded Medallists of the Order of the British Empire (BEM).

Crew manager at Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, Richard John Clarke has been awarded for services to the fire fighters charity and to the community in Suffolk. 

Gareth John Elliott, Bury-St-Edmunds

Gareth John Elliott has been awarded for services to Lowland Rescue and to the community in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Karen Anne Harris has been awarded for services to policing. She is police staff at citizens in policing, east regional coordinator and Suffolk manager at Suffolk Constabulary.

Louie Carullo Horne, deputy associate director of nursing for the east Suffolk and north Essex NHS Foundation Trust and NHS workforce race equality standard clinical research fellow, has been awarded for services to nursing.
