A Volkswagen-themed car and music festival will be hosted at Jimmy's Farm near Ipswich after its organiser said he was "bullied out" of his previous chosen venue.
Beetle-Juiced Festival was due to take place at Monewden Airfield, north of Woodbridge, in late July.
But Ross Crabb, of R&D Events, said he was forced to look at alternative locations amid a deluge of complaints from neighbours.
Some residents said they do not feel the narrow country lanes in the area are suitable for VW cars, with Central Suffolk and North Ipswich MP Dr Dan Poulter calling for a licencing application for the festival to be rejected.
Mr Crabb has now said the event has been "saved" by Jimmy's Farm in Wherstead, south of Ipswich.
Previous Beetle-Juiced Festival events have taken place at Stonham Barns and Glemham Hall.
Mr Crabb revealed he was approached by staff at Jimmy's Farm who had read about the saga in the EADT.
The event will take place at the park from Friday, July 28, to the following Sunday, the same dates as previously announced.
Mr Crabb said: "After failed conversations with a few local venues, it looked like we were running out of options.
"Then the events team at Jimmy’s Farm reached out to us after seeing the story in the EADT and said they might be able to help.
"An email turned into a phone call, which then led to a meeting and thankfully that meeting ended with a handshake and a new home for Beetle-Juiced Festival.
"It feels like it was meant to be as the weekend of our festival were the only dates this summer which they had available.
"We are so grateful to the team for stepping in and coming to our rescue and we’re really excited to see what the future holds for Beetle-Juiced at Jimmy’s Farm."
Stevie Sheppard, Jimmy's Farm park director, added: "We are delighted to be able to offer Beetle-Juiced Festival a venue, which will enable their event to go ahead this year."
