A further two acres of land at Eastern Gateway in Ipswich could be sold to add further jobs on the development if agreed next week.
The former sugar beet factory site on Sproughton Road has become home to a number of companies, including DH LaDoria and Amazon, after the land was purchased by Ipswich Borough Council in December 2014.
In papers to Ipswich Borough Council's executive committee which meets next week, officers recommend the proposal to sell the two acres.
The potential buyer of the land is not yet known.
To date, various plots at Eastern Gateway have been brought forward for sale, totalling almost eight acres for development, which are all expected to be completed later this year.
It is estimated that the town will benefit from 900 job opportunities when the agreed sales are made.
The sale of a further two acres is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024 and become operational 12 months later.
It is estimated that about 25 full-time equivalent jobs will be located on the site.
The sale will require the council to clear and level the site and complete additional infrastructure, as well as set up a new roundabout on Sproughton Road by spring 2024.
