Town secured promotion to the Championship last Saturday with the 6-0 win over Exeter City.
They could be celebrating on Monday as champions of League One, though it will depend on Plymouth Argyle's result against Port Vale.
If Ipswich's result against Fleetwood Town on Sunday is better than Plymouth's, then Town will finish in first place.
Ipswich Town said in a statement: "First-team players and coaching staff will be in attendance, conducting interviews on stage and celebrating with the Blue Army.
"Hosted by club ambassador Simon Milton, supporters will also hear from other former players and some special guests.
"The club has been advised that no alcohol, flares or pyrotechnics will be allowed within Christchurch Park.
"Searches will take place on all entrances into the park and supporters are also encouraged to avoid bringing bags unless absolutely needed."
Business leaders had previously outlined the benefits of Town's promotion for both Ipswich and wider Suffolk.
Paul Simon, head of public affairs & strategic communications at Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, said: "There is now a real prospect for Ipswich and indeed Suffolk as a whole to associate itself with the successes of the club and highlight the county’s attractiveness to both visitors and businesses alike."
