'Overwhelmed' anti knife crime campaigners have partnered with the mighty Blues to install their 30th bleed control kit.
Paul Stansby, a co-owner of Lucky 13 Tattoo Studio in Ipswich, has initiated a campaign against knife crime after his brother was fatally stabbed near the Ipswich railway station in February 2017 and is on a mission to install bleed control kits around Suffolk towns.
In just one year the charity installed 30 bleed control kits around Ipswich and Felixstowe.
Mr Stansby, the founder of the Be Lucky Anti Crime Foundation, said: "I cannot tell you how overwhelmed we are. Me personally, but my charity collectively, and obviously my right-hand man, Jamie Hart.
"We've managed to achieve so much more than what we originally expected.
"We were hoping for just getting one box in the town, but we ended up reaching 30 bleed control kits across Ipswich and Felixstowe.
"We can't even believe we made it to this number. We couldn't have done it without the donations from people and companies that helped step in and make these boxes possible.

"Ipswich Town Football Club is absolutely amazing, jumping on board with helping us raise awareness and providing security in the town.
"The fact that they let us put the kit on their main gate to the stadium was mind-blowing."
A spokesperson for Ipswich Town FC said: "We are delighted to have the 30th emergency bleed control kit installed outside the main gate at Ipswich Town Football Club.
"We are hoping to be able to equip members of the public to deal with the effects of knife crime and help keep the area safe and potentially save lives."
The 30th kit was sponsored by Black Saint London.
The charity is ready to install another 10 bleed control kits in the next few weeks, including one in the Vicky Hall memorial in Trimley and another in Gainsborough.
Paul Stansby added: "There are so many small businesses helping us place the kits, not just in the town centre, but also in the surrounding living areas
"The kits help raise awareness and make people open their eyes a little bit more when it comes to carrying knives around."
