A former Take Me Out contestant is among those looking to do his part for a good cause after signing up for this year's Midnight Walk.
James Scharmann works for BCM Global, which is undertaking a big challenge to raise £3,000 for St Elizabeth Hospice.
The 32-year-old featured on the ITV show Take Me Out, hosted by Paddy McGuinness, back in 2018.
The walk is set to start and finish at Portman Road, with Mr Scharmann being a big Ipswich Town fan.
The route will then take participants along Ipswich Waterfront and past Christchurch Park.

Mr Scharmann said: "I am looking forward to it.
"It'll be good exercise but also raise money for a great charity.
"I have raised over £250 so far which isn't bad with a month still to go, and I want to raise as much money for this great cause as I can."
Midnight Walk 2023 returns after a two-year absence on May 20.
A page has been set up to help raise money for St Elizabeth Hospice under Mr Scharmann's name.
