More than 2,500 people joined a colourful celebration of life that happened in Ipswich last weekend.

Families came together to celebrate Holi, the Hindu festival of colour, in Alexandra Park on Sunday, April 2.

Holi marks the arrival of spring and the end of winter.

The colourful festival aims to provide fun with dancing, singing, and throwing powder paint and coloured water.
