Students at One Sixth Form College in Ipswich have been given free parking, thirteen years after opening.
At the college, parking is only provided to staff and visitors, with no parking available on-site for students unless they are a blue badge holder or have temporary mobility issues.
However, after teaming up with Suffolk County Council to find a solution to this, students are now able to park at the London Road Park & Ride facility for free.
One Sixth Form, in a post on Facebook, has said: 'We encourage you to use this option as it will avoid the challenges of parking on-street on our local side roads.'

Group Sixth Form Principal Jake Robson said: "With the success of One, and the fact our numbers have almost tripled since we first opened, we have been continuously working closely with local authorities and constantly looking for parking in and around One.
"As part of this, we have increased our bus routes.
"We continue to emphasise local park and ride facilities as a travel option and encourage walking, cycling and public transport if these options are feasible."
