A meeting to ensure Ipswich does not miss out on investment worth £25 million is set to take place this afternoon.
Chief executive of Ipswich Borough Council Helen Pluck and MPs Tom Hunt and Dan Poulter will be joining parliamentary under-secretary of state for levelling up, Dehenna Davison, to discuss the status of the Town Deal.
The minister requested a meeting with the authority's chief executive last month and called for all "outstanding information" by March 31 to ensure there is "no risk to future project funding".
The meeting was postponed after originally being scheduled for early March.
Downing Street has agreed to provide up to £25m to help deliver 11 projects proposed by Council's Town Deal Board.
