Four two-bed houses in Holbrook, along with parking and associated landscaping, will be discussed in a Planning committee.
The land is south of Honeysuckle Cottage and next to Holbrook Fire Station.
The four detached houses will also have vehicle access off Hyams Lane.

A similar application was rejected in 2020, which included five dwellings.

This application is being both recommended for approval, as it 'seeks to significantly boost the supply of housing and this development would contribute to housing supply.'
Another argument is that it 'would provide economic benefits' and would offer 'social benefits'.
Others are recommending it for refusal, due to it being located outside of the defined built-up area boundary for Holbrook village.
The homes will be discussed in a planning committee meeting on March 22, with residents hoping for refusal.
