Organisers of one of Suffolk's most popular outdoor events are urging participants to take advantage of a 20% early-bird discount which expires in just three days.
The Orwell Challenge, which is the county's largest multi-charity fundraiser, will be running for its 46th year on Sunday, June 25.
The event allows participants to either walk or run any distance between three to 25 miles - with the challenge service as a fully-accredited marathon or half-marathon clock-time trail run for runners.
All of those who take part will follow a route around some of the prettiest parts of the Orwell Estuary.
All participants will receive a medal upon completion.
President of the event's organising group, Ipswich East Rotary Club, Steve Runnacles said: “There are opportunities for both walkers and runners which take you through woodland and some very special parts with a stunning vista, some of which are normally closed to the general public.”
John Button, Orwell Challenge Co-ordinator for the Club added: "Registrations can take advantage of the 20% discount off the registration fee this month but only until 28th February.
"Please do join us on the 25th of June 2023, it really is a great day out for walkers and runners alike.”
